Students Take 3rd at Ratheon Engineering Week Competition

Manual Arts finished third out of ten schools which included Dorsey, Torrance, Palos Verdes and San Pedro high schools. This is the second time Manual competes in this contest and its first time placing in the top three. The students received a large trophy which is on display in Mr. James Science classroom. The students enjoyed the event and the opportunity to work side-by-side with engineers. Mr. James feels with these expereinces and the others Raytheon and HENAAC are providing for us, next year's team should be just as competitive.
